Welcome to AssetZen - These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AssetZen service, which allows you to upload and manage your digital assets, including images, videos, and other media, on our platform. By using AssetZen, you agree to these Terms.

Ownership and Use of Content

You represent and warrant that you are the owner or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and upload any content you submit to AssetZen. You retain all ownership rights in your content, but by uploading it to AssetZen, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, and display your content on our platform for the sole purpose of providing the AssetZen service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AssetZen and your content comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You may not use AssetZen to upload, store, or distribute any illegal, infringing, or offensive content.

Limitation of Liability
